Upgrading Dell G7 7700 Laptop to 64GB of Corsair Vengeance Memory

Considering that most laptop memory from dell are mass produced which are at times standard components, I was motivated to upgrade the ram on my Dell D7 7700 Laptop with the Corsair Vengeance to the 64GB Dual kit for High Performance.

Corsair Vengeance Memory are manufactured for Gaming, giving us a more High Performance in comparison to let say Dell RAM which are not; the based memory configuration that came in the Dell G7 laptop was a dual set of Samsung 32GB and so upgrading to the 64GB was a great idea to help increase the Ram in the laptop.

Upgrading the RAM inside a Laptop is simple, you just need to remove the old memory modules and then replace with the new ones by sliding them in exactly as the existing ones; at least in comparison to upgrading the SSD where you need to install windows memory upgrade in a laptop is easier.

Using the Corsair Vengeance High Performance Laptop Memory do not require any configuration, you just need to place inside your dell laptop and it will install itself; according to speeds and overall performance it will act by itself depending on your usage.

Besides the need to upgrade your laptop ram for gaming, having more memory is also important for creator work such as editing videos and moving data around since it requires more memory for the rendering and the transfer to be a lot more faster in comparison with less memory in your laptop where it perform way slower.

Dell did a good job with the G7 7700 Gaming Laptop by allowing us the option to access the memory and make it easier for it to be changeable, even though on their website they said this laptop support only 32gb max; you will be surprised to find out that the 64GB MAX worked just fine on the Dell G7 Laptop Motherboard.
