Battlefield 2042 Discarded Multiplayer Gameplay using a Dell G7 7700 Laptop

Playing the Battlefield 2042 PC Game on the Dell G7 7700 Laptop right before I sold it was a great gaming experience, had all the graphic settings on ultra and was using the 1080p display with 300 refresh rate.

Battlefield 2042 Played stable on the Discarded Multiplayer Map with 128 Players, which is unheard of in the Online Servers world but Electronic Arts pulled through; the Dell G7 7700 was a laptop that I upgraded to 64GB of Corsair Vengeance memory and I also installed a WD SN750 SSD inside.

From the start playing Battlefield 2042 on this Dell G7 7700 Laptop felt as if I was playing a much newer model for twice the price of the value this laptop had at the time, Battlefield 2042 is still a game that requires a lot of hardware power and using the pre-configured i9 processor on the laptop I think made somewhat of a difference on top of the upgrades I did to smooth out the gameplay across the board.

One main difference I noticed playing battlefield 2042 on the Dell G7 was that power cable needed to always be connected to help sustain the restrain of the graphics pulling resources; in addition to that though I did see a huge improvement going from the pre-configured solid state drive to the gaming ssd from western digital the one and only sn750 which on it’s has game mode capabilities such as withstanding heat during game time.

I knew that Battlefield 2042 was going to required a decent RTX graphics card so that is able to utilize the new architecture features, and lucky for us who own the Dell G7 7700 Laptop it comes pre-configured with a powerful Nvidia 2070 SUPER which is still a stable mobile GPU; and to help keep the game at it’s recommended settings I used nothing else but nvidia’s own Experience application to help optimize the game graphics.

Even though the Dell G7 7700 Laptop had all the upgrades it could handle at this time, and even though I played on 128 people on the server with ultra settings it did show slow moments and hesitant seconds in crowded parts of the game; to help improve this overall it was best to play on the new battlefield 2042 64 players mode and even on other modes such as rush so any game really needing an rtx card with minimum players is recommended plus of course a decent wifi connection as is reliability also requires a good internet service.
